«I owe a big thanks to all yoga teachers who have generously offered
this very valuable knowledge that I would like to share with you»
I welcome you to a journey of exploration into the world of traditional yoga.
Together we will meet an ancient method that teaches people how to dominate over the psychosomatic forces and control them with the aim of self-awareness. Yoga is a way of life, a form of preventative self-medication.
Start a meaningful conversation with yourself. Surpass your physical and spiritual limits. Discovering and respecting your limits, you will be surprised when you realize that every day they will expand and will lead you to new, more extensive limits. Exercise and let your body respond with the wisdom contained in each cell.
On our site you can learn the art and philosophy of yoga starting from a very easy level and progressing to more advanced levels.
Gradually Hatha Yoga classes and Prana Yoga video for beginners, intermediate and advanced levels, courses for children, special programs and breathing techniques will be provided.
Needless to say, no website, book or video can replace a teacher. If you have experience in yoga it is easier to understand the techniques and to use the knowledge offered, but if you have no experience it would be good to practice only techniques involving beginners. It would be preferable to take some lessons with a skilled teacher of yoga before proceeding to more advanced techniques.
